Kalisha Dessources Figures is an impact strategist who works across policy, politics, and research to advance gender and racial justice and strengthen civic engagement and leadership. She served at the White House during both the Obama-Biden Administration and Biden-Harris Administration in roles supporting gender and racial justice. Kalisha received her PhD from Yale University where her research focused on girls of color who are dally involved in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
